sorry for the dreaded watermarks on my works, but i have found several of my artworks stolen on sites, like Photobucket and others. PLEASE IF YOU FIND ANY OF MY ARTWORK STOLEN, ABUSED, ETC., PLEASE NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATLEY.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I am very sorry that I cannot thank you all for the faves, seeing as if I've had a recent jump in art popularity, which surprises me with awe, and I have so much school work to do and I'm gone 7 1/2 hours of the day and have strict rules in my life that prevent alot of things, so please forgive me, and I thank you guys for everything, the comments and the faves.
it is a very serious thing, but this was supposed to be more of a surreal idea. there's no blood coming out from her head, it's butterflies. i wanted to lighten this up, not make it overly gorey. i just wanted to make it seem not overly, incredibly depressing and suicidal.
i've been pushed to that point and almost took away my own life. i regret attempting to do it becuase alot of people look at me differently, and not in a good way.
Trust me when a person shoots themself it isn't butterflies that come out. The butterflies seem to glorify suicide - there isn't anything beautiful about it.

i know it isn't, i made it cuz people also get tired of me making dark and horribley whiny things, so i did something lighter. and it's nothing beautiful. this is just my personal, expressive form of art.
I wouldn't consider this on the lighter side. I respect your right to express yourself artistically, I just hate how some people try to portray suicide as this beautiful thing.

This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
