Also, I think if you made it so the eyelashes were over that blue-green layer and not affected by it, it would look a bit more realistic. Right now you can just, like, tell that it's a manip. ^^;

xD i have a program called Photo Explosion, where i just crop things and put them together on one image. no layers, which is a pain in the rear. T_T
